A range of in-school and out of school sports will be available, and sports choices will need to be approved by parents before students are allocated a sport. Some out of school sports will have a cost attached to them and this will be debited to parents’ school account if their child participates in these activities. Clear notice will be given of costs for these sports on the Sports choice Form which parents will need to sign.

The range of sports and activities available throughout the year will be: cycling, ten pin bowling, ice skating, cricket, basketball, netball, soccer, slider hockey, walking, volleyball, handball, art group, touch football, AFL, softball , rock climbing, swimming, tennis, and athletics. Note that not all sports will be available each term.

These events are organised throughout the school year and students are notified of their eligibility to seek selection. These representative sports occur both at school and away from school and will on some occasions require training time outside of normal sports activities.

Students in the Middle and Senior School are expected to participate in Swimming and Athletics carnivals.

Year 6 students will be involved in the Primary carnivals, while Year 7 and 8 students will attend the Secondary carnivals. Zone and State level representation will occur at Primary and Secondary levels also.
