At Tyndale Christian School, we believe in partnering with parents in the education of their children and value the contribution of the many volunteers that assist us in the classrooms, at working bees and in the day-to-day running of the school.

Volunteers and Working With Children Check

If you would like to volunteer at the School, please contact our School Office and submit a Volunteers Application.

To view the complete procedures and guidelines for our volunteering application process, please click here.

It is a legal requirement in New South Wales for all volunteers working with children to hold a valid Working with Children Check. We strongly recommend that all volunteers familiarise themselves with the regulations and obtain the necessary clearance before commencing their volunteering duties. You can find more information and apply for a check at the Service NSW website.

Volunteers and Visitors Code of Conduct

In addition to a valid Working with Children Check, all volunteers and visitors to our school are required to adhere to the Volunteers and Visitors Code of Conduct.

This Code of Conduct sets out the expectations for appropriate behaviour while on school grounds and includes guidelines for respecting the privacy and the dignity of students, staff, and other volunteers. By complying with this Code of Conduct, we can ensure a safe and positive learning environment for everyone in our school community.
